OUR FEES

Our pricing for home inspections are simple. There are no hidden charges with our home inspections. We  treat every home equal regardless of the age or type of home. 

Payment is due before the report can be released, unless other arrangements have been made. Inspection not paid by the day of inspection is additional $10 added to price.

Please call for a quote on commercial, buyer, seller, investor, renter and 4-Point inspections. We can also discuss our fees for any additional testing you may desire. 


                Our fees are based on actual square footage.
  • Whole House Inspection ( up to 2000 Square Feet) $350.00
  • Up to each additional 500 square feet add $50.00
  • Homes with a crawlspace add $50.00 ​
  • Pre-Listing Inspection(Same as Whole House)
  • Condo Inspection (Exterior Excluded) $300.00
  • Condo Inspection (Exterior Included) $350.00
  • Duplex Inspection – Starting At: $400.00
  • Fourplex Inspection – Starting At: $450.00
